Argh, I had been so stressful with my uni life recently, until I just eat, eat and eat to DE-STRESS myself. And OMG! Guess what? I gain fats! A real bad news for girls eh? >.<

So what's my daily workout routine in order to keep myself fit fit and healthy eh? 

A HULA-HOOP A DAY, KEEP MY FATS AWAY! 

I have a rattan hula-hoop at home and I used it almost everyday. Its not a tiring work-out, because all I need to do is to swing, swing and swing my waist and butt. And, 30-45 minutes per day for hula-hoop session is not time-consuming at all right? Indeed, a cheap, fast, effective and convenient way to keep fit! =]
